Fukudawara
is a Japanese traditional crop bag made with straws of rice
and is usually used for storage of rice. "Fuku"
of Fukudawara means "happiness" and Fukudawara is
used as a lucky charm and gift.
As with the Komodaru, the design is simple and impressive
and has a strong affinity with tradtional Japanese craftsmanship.

Crops,
other than rice, such as beans, can be stored in Fukudawara.
The construction of the Fukudawara allows a tight seal with
a polyethylene sheet inside therefore your crops will be kept
clean and dry and bug repellant! |

Masu
is a cup to drink Sake. Originally, Masu had a utilitarian function
as a a measurement cup, Currently, it is used when a Kagami
Biraki is performed because of it's beautiful design and aesthetic
qualities. |
|
|
|
-For special
commemorations such as anniversaries or weddings, we can create
original Masu cups with names or any other printed requests
for those directly involved in the ceremonies.
-We also print trademarks, logos and imagery on a Masu cup
with a branding iron, or a rubber stamp, or by a printing
process. The branding irons and rubber stamps you ordered
are given to you after the printing.
-For Masu cups are already lacquered, the printing is created
with gold colour only.
-The price of a set of Masu cups is determined by the quantity
you order, the material you specify and the type of printing.
So please email your requests and we will very pleased to
send you a quote!
How to drink
with a Masu
Masu is a square shaped cup. It is hard to sip or drink from
a Masu where the sides (flank) are straight and you may spill
the sake on your face and clothes; we recommend that you drink
Sake from one of the corners.
